Establish a collaborative energy management system to optimize usage during peak periods and ensure electricity redistribution based on the needs of the MIZ companies.

Without the MIZ and a clear demonstration that the government wishes to support its mining leaders, major investment and innovation projects risk being carried out outside Quebec.
